His Eminence Malcolm Cardinal Ranjith and the Committee for Promoting the Cause of the Canonization of the Servant of God Thomas Cardinal Cooray OMI invite the public to the Thomas Cardinal Cooray OMI Memorial Oration 2026, to be held on Saturday, 17 October 2026, at 4.30 p.m. at Aquinas College, Borella, Colombo 8.

The oration, entitled “The Rule of Law: Its Contribution to a Just Society,” will be delivered by Dr. John Anthony Shivaji Felix, P.C., LL.B. (Colombo), LL.B. (London), Ph.D. (London), Law/Taxation.
