His Eminence Malcolm Cardinal Ranjith and the Committee for Promoting the Cause of the Canonization of the Servant of God Thomas Cardinal Cooray OMI was held at Bishop house auditorium.

The oration was entitled “The Rule of Law: Its Contribution to a Just Society,” it was delivered by Dr. John Anthony Shivaji Felix, P.C., LL.B. (Colombo), LL.B. (London), Ph.D. (London), Law/Taxation.

The event was organised by the Committee for Promoting the Cause of the Canonization of the Servant of God Thomas Cardinal Cooray OMI, in remembrance of his life and legacy.
